This article, from a local paper, says: "Several witnesses told Fremont Universe that the victims were standing in North 36th Street, talking to someone in a stopped car, when the eastbound Subaru drove into them."
C'mon, people, what are the chances of an inebriated driver driving near a nightclub that's closing? Watch out for them and don't be standing in the street where they'll be driving.
